In the upcoming week, Revuto, a blockchain subscription startup powered by Cordano, plans to launch new non-fungible tokens (NFTs). Holders of the highly anticipated NFTs will be able to obtain lifetime subscriptions to Spotify and Netflix.
The blockchain startup with Croatian roots announced on July 10 that it had finalized plans to launch its first Revulution NFTs at noon CET on July 11. On the official website of Revuto, the limited-edition Revolution NFTs will go on sale.
10,000 NFT collections will be included in the eagerly anticipated drop, giving subscribers a strong sense of ownership. At a starting price of $349, these NFTs will be available for purchase using credit cards, debit cards, or cryptocurrencies. The CEO and co-founder of Revuto, Vedran Vukman, made the following remarks regarding the upcoming NFT launch:
We have decided to provide the community with exactly what they have requested – a solution that guarantees a stable subscription fee that they can share with their friends or family in a simple and straightforward manner – based on the feedback we received from our more than 350,000 active and verified users.
Additionally, users have the option of receiving a refund or making money by selling their NFTs if they decide not to use the service. In order to eventually make the digital subscription market fairer and more equitable, we want to make it possible for everyone to manage their subscriptions effectively.
The new NFT idea, according to Revuto, entails giving subscribers more control over their subscription payments. Subscribers can now block, snooze, or approve the payment under the new functionality. Revuto now wants to use its functionality to completely transform the subscription industry.
NFTs for Revulution Overview
Revuto has dedicated itself to transforming the subscription payment sector ever since it was founded. In that situation, Revuto plans to provide holders with new virtual debit cards after they purchase Revolution NFTs.
Holders of the new virtual cards will be able to pay for their Netflix and Spotify subscriptions. Revuto will deactivate the previously issued digital debit card and issue a new virtual card to the buyer after the holders sell their NFTs.
Revulution NFTs will enable trading at the cryptocurrency exchanges in addition to their primary functions, creating a new secondary market for digital subscriptions. Co-founder of Revuto Josipa Maji said he was looking forward to the new NFT project and added:
The introduction to the subscription NFTs that people will be able to use to pay for any subscription in the world, for however long they want, is provided by our Revulution NFT for Netflix or Spotify.
“The team behind this project has my utmost respect, and we are all excited about what the future holds. We are confident that the market and our current user base will respond favorably to what we have done once more.
Additionally, holders will receive a special 5 percent discount from Revuto when choosing their subscriptions. Rewards will be used by the holder to give or sell them to other users. This is the first of its kind provision ever made available by a blockchain startup, claims Revuto.
Though not the first time, Revuto will introduce an NFT project. The Croatian startup introduced several NFT collections earlier this year, including the Restronaut NFTs. Later, R Fund NFTs and a mobile application were introduced by Revuto to support Cardano pre-ICO projects.
Over three million users have already downloaded the Cordano-powered blockchain subscription startup’s app in the interim, and over 350,000 of them are actively using it.
