Through the “Learn and Earn” initiative, Revolut, a global financial app, has joined a growing list of businesses advancing cryptocurrency education. Users are rewarded with cryptocurrency under the idea for becoming knowledgeable about important blockchain-related subjects.
“Learn and Earn” is being launched by Revolut and Polkadot.
All of Revolut’s customers have access to the feature, and they can earn up to $15 for finishing the courses and passing the final exam, according to a press release the company shared with CryptoPotato. Revolut is valued at $33 billion.
The Web3 Foundation, the creator of the multichain network Polkadot, worked with the British neobank to launch the new feature, the British neobank added. The rewards given to students will be in DOT, the native cryptocurrency of Polkadot.
Revolut claimed to offer two short courses at the moment. The first discusses the fundamental ideas behind cryptocurrencies and the blockchain technology that powers them. Additionally, it informs users of the risks related to the cryptocurrency market as well as the distinctions between cryptocurrencies and fiat money.
In the second, Polkdadot is discussed in relation to how it “unites blockchains into Web3.” Additionally, it discusses DOT, Polkadot’s use cases, and important network features like governance and relay chain.
The UK-based banking platform announced that it would keep growing its Learn and Earn program and add more courses to help advance financial and crypto education.
“Our customers have a huge appetite for learning more about cryptocurrencies. They will comprehend the trends, dangers, and potential opportunities related to cryptocurrency better thanks to “Learn & Earn.” Customers will learn more about cryptocurrencies thanks to our partnership with Web3 Foundation on Polkadot, one of the most well-known blockchain networks, said Emil Urmashin, General Manager of Crypto at Revolut.
