Yolanda Zubieta has been named president and chief executive officer of CIBI Information, Inc., the top credit bureau in the Philippines. She succeeds Marlo Cruz, who has served in that capacity in a temporary capacity for the past 15 years.
Zubieta, a citizen of Colombia, recently became a member of CIBI. She has more than 20 years of experience in the information and credit bureau industries.
She spent more than 20 years leading Experian in a variety of segments prior to joining CIBI, and she has a wealth of sales and business development expertise across a wide range of products, channels, and markets. Head of Small and Medium Enterprises was her final position with Experian (SME). She also held the position of General Manager at Sintecto, a Colombian company that provides information solutions and conducts risk analysis.
Yolanda has a business administration bachelor’s degree, an EMBA, and post-graduate specializations in international sales and sales management.
