Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh is about to move in next door to Shah Rukh Khan after the Padmavat star reportedly spent Rs 119 crore on a sea-facing luxury quadruple in Bandra, Mumbai.
According to a report by the Hindustan Times, Singh and his father Jugjeet Sundersingh Bhavnani’s company Oh Five Oh Media Works LLP have purchased the quadruple near SRK’s Mannat.
According to reports, Singh’s brand-new luxury quadruple is spread across the 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th floors of the still-under-construction Sagar Resham Co-operative Housing Society. Singh is the actor Deepika Padukone’s husband. The house has a carpet area of 11,266 square feet and a private terrace that is 1,300 square feet. According to HT, the house’s owner will have access to 19 parking spaces in the building and an unhindered view of the Arabian Sea.
If the terrace area is excluded from the price per square foot calculation, the opulent quadruplex is worth Rs. 1.05 lakh per sq. ft.
According to documents provided by Indextap.com, Oh Five Oh Media Works LLP registered the agreement of sale for the purchase of a quadruplex on BJ Road in Bandra’s Bandstand on July 8.
The paperwork, completed on July 6, indicated that Bhavnani’s company was the buyer and Enorm Nagpal Realty LLP was the seller. Singh’s father Bhavnani signed the paperwork on behalf of Oh Five Oh Media Works LLP, according to the HT report.
Singh paid Rs 118.94 crore for the quadruplex, according to the documents, and Rs 7.13 crore in stamp duty for the registration, according to the report.
